The IPS Cloud system is a powerful cloud computing platform. What it does is collecting data from machinery, production lines, or plants of any type, and process it to give useful information to the managers.
One purpose is to have everything under control, in real-time, and wherever you are. But its potential goes far beyond, with this system it is possible to analyze and process data to create information that allows managers to improve efficiency in production, rather than predictive maintenance, up to suggest how to change processes and optimize them. All this, in addition to making our life easier, obviously brings a significant reduction in costs.
Compared to a classic SCADA system (supervisory control and data acquisition), it is extremely simple to use, but with much wider potential. It can be accessed from any device that has an internet connection via a browser or an app. Furthermore, it can be easily interfaced with the IT systems already present in the company, creating a single intercommunicating system.

The data collection is done through an encrypted secure connection; the devices on the field are communicating to the cloud through our IPS router. The connection can take place via wired network, wifi, or 4G.
The user can access the IPS Cloud simply with a web browser; both desktop and mobile devices are supported. A secure https type internet connection is used for this purpose.
IPS Cloud makes available to the user both the data collected from the field and those subsequently processed by the tools of the platform, with all the related reports. This information can be exported in various formats; direct interfacing with the main management databases is also possible.
